Enobong Ibok Charity Foundation in her monthly humanitarian activity visited the community of Ikot Oku Akpan in Ibesikpo L.G.Area in the company of the President (Rev. Mrs. Enobong Ibok) and members of the NGO.
The NGO (EICF) arrived at the palace of the village head Eteidung Ekpe Akai, who warmly received members. He expressed his gratitude towards the organization, and granted his consent for the exercise in his community.
The NGO visited 12 widows in Ikot Oku Akpan village in Ibesikpo L.G.A. and, where some of the widows were sick, lack financial support and poor housing condition etc.
The NGO gave relief items to (12) widows and (1) widower and hope to revisit the community to touch more people who are in adverse condition in the community.
The widows express their appreciation to God and to the President and members of the NGO for fulfilling the scripture “whose offerth to the poor ministers to the Lord”, and pray for continuity of the vision of EICF.
